A dedicated account manager works with you to understand your target audience, your wish-list of buyers and clients you would like to meet, and then invites them to the conclave.
All attending buyers are pre-qualified to ensure they have confirmed solution requirements, clear buying strategy for the next 12 months and the decision-making authority.
ADVANCED NOTICE OF BUYERS
Prior to the event, you will receive a detailed directory of confirmed buyers, complete with their contact details and solution requirements – which will further help you prepare for each of your meetings.
Every pre-screened buyer is flown in to the venue and we take care of their flight tickets and accommodation – thereby ensuring 100 per cent attendance at the conclave.
